About me:
From a young age, I was raised around cars. My father was and is the very definition of an old school “gear head”. Growing up around my Dad’s projects included everything from the constant at home repairs of the daily driver, to the building of a full on drag car. As a result I of course grew to love and respect cars in general.

Although it wasn’t until a few years ago I was really bit by the bug myself. Of course not having the knowledge and mechanical experience of my father, and the minor detail of being separated by over 500 miles and several states away from the man who spent years trying to pass on that knowledge to a teenager who was more interested in skateboarding… I was forced to start small, simple, cheap and easy.

It was quite by accident I stumbled into my Scion TC, which I cut my teeth into for a couple years. It’s simple, cheap platform and plethora of easy bolt on modifications made my first tuning experience a memorable one, but I was quickly left frustrated by an urge for more power and rear wheel drive. I chose a 370 because I am the type of person who generally tries to tread new ground. The 370 is an excellent and powerful platform, yet there are not that many out there being modified. To me this was a perfect fit. I met the guys from Project X and soon after found myself a 2009 Nismo edition 370Z, and have never looked back.

I firmly believe in doing things in good taste, high quality and with a “clean” look. I am not interested in putting shiny things on my car for the sake of making a bigger mod list or just to gain points with a judge. To me, a pearl white Nismo easily lends itself to that belief very well, as does my new found home at Team Project X. Which is why I look forward to a long and bright future both on the team and with my car. As far as I’m concerned, the sky is the limit with both.

Thanx to the team for everything…

I just wanted to say a huge “thanx” to this team for having me, sponsoring me and generally just being cool. It’s been an insane and intense year, we’ve done a LOT with the car, and I’ve had a GREAT time. Everyone on the team has been awesome.

Special thanx to Larry, Eli & Jeff for all the build help and projects on the car. Special thanx to Emily (my fiance’) for being generally supportive of this insane hobby.

Hello world!
