About Me:
I was born in Pittsburgh, and grew up in the Chicago area. Went to school in North Carolina, and moved back to Chicago after graduation. I basically got started right after college in the Z community. The 350Z came out while I was in school and I knew I had to have one when I graduated. Sure enough, I was able to pick one up in 2005 and got involved with ChicagoZ and modding began. I’ve been through 3 sets of wheels and I think I finally got it right this time, but other than that, I’ve been careful to choose the right parts the first time that move me closer to my ideal car. I love carbon fiber and how it complements the black car, so I’ve been sure to accent many areas of the car with carbon fiber pieces. I’ve always loved the responsive naturally aspirated VQ35 and plan to keep it that way as long as I own the car. I’m not big on straight line power, and my goal is to build a quick and nimble sports car that will also grab attention at shows and on the street. So far, I have been able to build a car that lives up to those goals. I’ll be continuing to improve on what I’ve done and hope to keep the car forever; maybe work on it with my son or daughter one day. Project X Customs has been a great resource for me as far as brainstorming mod ideas and execution. Larry, Eli, and Jeff do amazing work and I can always trust them to be upfront with expectations.

a woman in front of me in a left turn only lane stopped 10+ feet in front of the white line…you can only turn when the specific left turn light is green, which knows to turn green if it senses there is a car there needing to turn…of course, she felt the need to not pull up to where the light could sense her, so i was stuck through 2+ full cycles of traffic lights at a major intersection…i was tempted to get out and ask the woman what was up, but i remembered the explanation for everything is “people are dumb”
i was just in the elevator at work and a woman tried to make a call on her cell phone and was visably annoyed and confused that she didn’t have a signal…
here’s a couple videos of the car when I picked it up last night…

not too much louder (if you can believe it!) during normal driving, but it screams at WOT…i love it haha
Special Thanks to Larry and Eli for the quick turnaround on the install!
finally made it up to the new Project X Customs shop in Glenview…really nice setup…the long tube headers are going in and the nitrous purge will be updated with stainless tubing and getting step colder spark plugs put in…can’t wait to drive it…i’ll definitely post up videos when i pick the car up!
Played around with the Team PX logo…i like blue a little better than red, so i think it turned out alright

…its alive!….headers go in next week, yo!
…waiting to go in and end the world through exhaust decibel warfare
